Hi everyone, I’m from Bulgaria and my W-8BEN has been rejected more than 6 times over the last 6 months because of the “paragraph reference number” in Part II, line 10.
In the attached photo are a few of my rejected attempts. I’ve tried Article 12(1), 12(2), different income wording, and removed “Additional Conditions” as support advised, but I keep getting the same reply: “Please revise paragraph reference number in Part II, line 10. It helps to keep in mind the type of income you receive from Zazzle.."
Has anyone successfully resolved this? Thank you.
