New AI Image Generation Program

Bwahahahaha! I think for the first two I said something like “portrait photograph of a young family outdoors in the snow.” and the second two I said “Christmas portrait photograph of a family in the Norman Rockwell style.” I fear poor Norman is probably rolling over in his grave! 😅

That’s great to know! Maybe I can come up with something that’s usable. Or hey, maybe I could market these as some sort of Christmas horror show or something! 🤣

Something like “a mother holding her newborn baby, digital art” .

Thanks! I’ll check it out!

Perfect for Halloween! lol. But cool resource to check out (perhaps only for non-photo needs :slightly_smiling_face: ).

@Cat  May I pick these images to post on a Facebook group? It’s a fun Brazilian Facebook group where people edit photos. It would be nice to see the guys trying to fix these images and also see their reactions. 😂 (The name of the group is “Grupo onde fingimos ser fotógrafos”, which means “group where we pretend to be photographers”).

Absolutely! I thought about trying to fix some of them myself, but it would probably take me the rest of my life since my Photoshop skills leave a bit to be desired!

This post should have come with a warning! How horrible they are, you should post a public review of the product on their site, eeeeeeeeeek!  :joy::rofl::laughing:

First creation using this AI – a watercolor owl with a Santa hat. I had to crop out its background, add the pattern and the stripes, and of course add the text fields. Not too difficult, although it did take some trial and error to get an image that worked.

That is a nice looking owl. Not mutated at all. Between this perfectly nice owl and non-photo examples above it looks like this bit of computer wizardry has promise just so long as we stay away from “photos”.

@KeegansCreation  To be fair, it was the best looking owl of the bunch. lol

hI ALL, I have used this, great for landscapes and objects, terrible at people LOL.. lots of fun tho

Wow! That looks great! Perhaps it’s a useful resource after all… just not for pictures of people!

It gets so close sometimes… but it’s just not right… why did it amputate the arm of the poor raccoon… and what’s up with the poor deformed paws on that squirrel..

OMG… I asked it for an old fashioned Santa Claus in the style of Vermeer, because it seems to do better when asked for paintings and when given a specific style… I almost died laughing.. that last Santa is sooooooo drunk.

Hahaha! Maybe the raccoon is holding its arm behind its back? And maybe the squirrel is wearing little round squirrel mittens? Well anyway… I’m thinking perhaps it does a better job with things that have less specific requirements in order to be believable?

These are the Santas that didn’t get hired at the mall. They didn’t even get an interview. Security had to escort them out.

OK - I’ve found something it actually does do well - I asked it to do Santa Claus petting a reindeer, woodcut style. 3 of the 4 were pretty weird. But one came out nice - a little tweaking in Photoshop, a transformation into a vector SVG in Illustrator and I’ve got a nicely useable design . I’ll admit this would have taken me far longer to do from scratch.

Cute!

I just tried to log in and found that they are cell-phone centric as is most of the world these days. They asked for my phone # and there was a button to “send”? so I am assumming that they are using it to send something to my phone - I don’t have a phone. Can’t complete the sign-in - can’t delete what I have done.

If you have a google account you can log in with that, though if you have to make a new one, I’m not sure you can get around the cell phone thing there anymore either.
