i made a bunch of new mothers day cards. i believe i made them from originally a valentines day card already made, and changed the settings, chose my own mothers day department. because there were no actual greeting cards in create for mothers day cards
i made like 8 and none of them show up in my product list, search, categories if chosen
what am i to do, just assume theyre made and on zazzle

Sorry to hear this issue has been affecting your store. I believe this is the same issue as inthis thread.
When you look at your public store and go to the Mother’s Day category, all of the cards you made are visible to customers.
no theyre not even in my store

As you will see in the other thread, the items may not show up in the backend or in your categories/department but they are visible to the customer.
You can test this by signing out of your account, going to our public store page and searching “mother’s day”.
i searched the exact name of the card didnt find it but its still a tech issue, they should be in backend, theyre my products to do whatever i like. not overlook the situation
