Little icon to chat pops up in bottom right of screen after you’ve been on the page for maybe 10 seconds or so. I think that’s good as it catches the eye popping on unlike if it was just there. If you click to chat you get
There’s still the option to Message the Designer below the product description, but I think people will see this one before finding that one.
Well I’m hopeful! I did try it out by asking a random question to see what it would do. I chose a product that’s not downloadable and asked if it was available as a digital download. It responded with information about the current sales and promotional offers. Hmmm… Hopefully it will get smarter as time progresses!
Yes and the best part is it comes with a little cross/close option too for the designer, if we point over the chat icon for a few sec. That’s really helpful on the designer’s part as earlier we were unable to close the pop up chat icon sitting stubbornly at a corner of design tool ( some months ago )
A bit strange for me ! The blue white thingy floated on the product page while in the middle of of changing text on a product 😲
