It would be extremely helpful to be able to sort products by ‘Quantity sold (Least to most)’ and by ‘No sales’, in order to “clean” a store from products with no views or sales.
If I simply select products to sort them by Total Views (Most to least) for example, after manually moving from one page to the next at some point I’ll just get ‘There are no products left’ or something like that, but they are in my store’s backend and I just can’t reach them.
Your can sort your products in your store backend by Products>Orders(All Time). From the results you get, go to the bottom of the page and click on the double arrow >> to go to the very end of the products that appear in this sort. There you will find the least selling of your products and you can work through them paging backwards a page at a time to take whatever action you choose to take with the non-performing products.
Hi…I asked about this some time ago and the moderator said it was by design and to narrow down my search to see more products, it makes it tough to keep products fresh, as another designer (and you) suggested all they would have to do is a add another search where it sorts the last viewed or sold date by oldest
There is a limit to how many pages of products we can view (I’m not sure what that limit is) so when you go over that limit it will never show the last pages when you click the double arrow sign. That’s when you’ll get the ‘sorry no products’ message. I do know have one store with 6700 products and I’m still able to see all the pages in that store so the limit must be higher than that. The only work around I’ve found is to narrow down the number of products by selecting one category and then going to the last page of that category. It’s a little more work but at least you can sort by order or views and go to the last page to see what hasn’t sold in each category.
