I’m confused about how to set up email notifications. :face_with_diagonal_mouth: I’ve tried setting it up here profile>preferences>tracking page. I seem to be getting emails notifications for topics I’ve posted to, and “General Zazzle Discussion”, however I’m no longer receiving new posts for “Technical Issues”, “Ask a question” etc. Is there somewhere that explains how to do this?

@SheaPrints You need to set up your emails in the “email” tab section of your preferences. I have all mine switched off as I don’t want to receive emails but if you select “always” that should send you notifications for watched categories, tags and topics.

Thanks @Sara_H The odd thing is, I do have my emails in the “email” tab section set to always! I’ve just tried saving the settings again :crossed_fingers:

@SheaPrints perhaps you have to set up the Watching first post (in tracking) if you want to be notified of new posts. Maybe? It’s all very confusing lol

@Sara_H All the topics I’ve selected in “Tracked” are no longer in the list for “Watching First Post”. I guess that makes sense! Hopefully re-saving my settings will make a difference. :persevering_face:

I think I’ve worked it out! All the topics I want to receive as email notifications have to be selected in the “Watched” section of the Tracking preferences page. Before I had selected them in the “Tracked” section. I’m still not sure what the difference is between “Watched” and “Tracked”!
