I’ve tried using one of the new photo grid templates, and I like how it works! However, I’ve noticed that if a customer transfers the design to another product it doesn’t always keep its format. The photos either squish together or space apart, messing up the grid spacing. Is this something that could be fixed?

It’s also a problem when you select a different size/format, for example poster sizes.

It appears to be transferring fine on my side. Is there a particular product that you are transferring to when the reported error occurs?

Below shows how it looks when it’s transferred to other products. The sticker and return address label are two examples of how it looks wrong.
Below shows how the sticker looks in the new customer design tool. Interestingly, the correct number for the ‘Grid spacing’ is still shown.
Below shows what happens if you change to a different spacing and then revert to the original value. The design corrects itself. I’m not sure a customer would think to do this!
When it’s transferred to a poster, it automatically has a custom size to match the postcard, but if you change it to some of the other sizes, for example 24"x20", it has the issue.
