I don’t know if I’m seeing an alternate option for my product interface (after I have created a new product). I always click on the product link once complete and then double check that my template fields are correct etc. At that point I add the design to the appropriate collection and pin to Pinterest. With the change to the page layout from alternate image views from the side panel to the bottom all of the bottom options below are gone.
1). There is no option to add to collection. This makes for a really arduous process to make certain an item gets into a collection. Not in collection = less sales for Zazzle as well as for us
2). There is no option to share to Pinterest and the other options that were available. This is REALLY bad for sales as well.
Is this an oversight, an unintended consequence of the other changes or intended? If the later, please engineer a solution that is equally as easy to accomplish. Time = more products = more money for all of us.
You should be able add to a collection via the curved arrow top left on main product image next to the heart which is also where you can share to your social media Pinterest/Twitter/Facebook.
Just realized this doesn’t address the second issue of adding to a collection directly from that page, but it is a great HALF solution Is there something else that I am missing? Without that button there is no quick, visual way to see if you’ve added it into a collection or not.
Got it. There’s a reason I’m not an attorney, lol! I read too fast and miss too much
If anyone from the team reads this, unfortunately, this is considerably more cumbersome and time consuming of a product production process. Especially when not having an instant verification that a product is in a collection after its creation.
I was just coming on here to ask about the “add to collection” feature. I would have never thought to click on the arrow because that’s typically what I use for sharing a product. Wasn’t intuitive at all to me, so thank you for the heads up. Was this change posted somewhere and I missed it?
