This is starting again. Indexing has been horrible for me. No product that I’ve made from 3/3 – on has been showing up in my public store & mp. (At least they’re showing up in the collections I’ve placed them in.) My count is up to 28. I know it takes at least 24-48 hrs these days, but this is getting ridiculous. When can I expect them to finally be showing up?
And is anyone else having this problem?
Engineering is aware of the delay. We hope to have this fixed very soon.

I have over 50 products that haven’t been put into the MP since March 2nd.
Same here, when I click on home & living all I get is things from January.
None of the niches I follow have updated since 3/2 or 3/3. My own products have not updated from 3/3. So you have lots of company.
I’m a a new creator on Zazzle. I find the whole process of uploading onto my own store confusing. And I’ve added several designs in the last few days and was wondering why they don’t show up in the store.

I have over 500 … hopefully this makes you feel better 🤣 It will resolve itself.
I try not to stress unless I am missing out on an important seasonal holiday due to the delay which has happened before, but then I could have created my newer products well ahead of time for release at the optimum moment. With Zazzle constantly overhauling the site with improvements we have to double down on our own ways to be efficient.

Exactly. This isn’t the first time indexing has been slow. I have learned to make products at least six months ahead of their season. That makes times like this far less stressful. Eventually everything does make it into the MP!
Just an update: I am finally having backlogged products showing up. Glad to see things are moving!
Yep, should be caught up soon. I don’t have an ETA though. Very sorry about the delayed indexing here.
I’m kinda relieved to see your post. I’m also new to zazzle and was worried I was doing something wrong because none of my designs are appearing in my store.
I just checked my stores, having the same issues as you, new products not showing up.
Some of my new product have showed up, but not all.

10 of my 50 new products have showed up. (And not in chronological order.) Hopefully more will today. Thanks for continuing to be aware of this.
