It’s not something new. Just means item is hidden. Click Actions to make any items public.
It might be related to the technical issues that zazzle is currently experiencing. Looks like maybe something to do with date/clock coding.

Pretty sure it’s related. All of my direct only products are showing as hidden.

Yes, that’s a separate issue from something normally automatically hidden after the 15th month. Luckily I had checked a lot of my items and didn’t have that many with the strange new last viewed date of 1025 years, 4 months ago date, or randomly hidden items that shouldn’t be hidden! But other’s are also having that, plus other strange things happening today!
Wonder what Zazzle employees are going to think when they see all of this new kooky stuff going on (and happening on another Friday of course), and another big mess they’ll have to fix! Wait until they see the years, especially over a thousand years ago! 
Not fun for a Monday morning… But they’ll get this new glitch resolved pretty quickly, next week…

I legit don’t understand making major changes on a Friday at 4pm before everyone leaves for two days. What a bonkers operating plan.

Same here. Came to post about the issue.
Still having this issue. All Direct only products display the red triangle and show up under optimization needed. However, when you look at the details, they show as direct only not as hidden. Here are a few links:
