now that the ribbon favor boxes have new in situ views , the design on my products has either been enlarged so that its cut off by the lid, or has been lifted up and is now cut off by the ribbon.
This is not how i designed these products and no one would purchase something with a cut off design.
I do love having new views for these. Too bad there are glitches… a little more proofing before uploading these would have been a good idea. The view of three boxes has a Hershey kiss partially cut off under the box on the left.
Many thanks for bringing this to our attention, and I’m sorry about this issue here. I have just flagged this with our Team to have it investigated for you.
FYI, I just noticed that the third thumbnail from the top of the takeout favor box style (presumably the back view) shows the design as upside down (this was definitely not the case before).
Please update as to the response on tech team. I wrote an email and got the reply that I need to redesign but it seems the issue is on Zazzle side and our designs aren’t showing the way they should. Please fix this issue asap. Some of my Favor Boxes are bestsellers but unfortunately this issue is hampering the sales.
this issue is still ongoing and there has been no further response.. i am assuming this change is intentional. As i don’t plan on redesigning all these boxes (because the sizing is right in the design view) I suppose no one will buy them until the product view is changed again
