I would love to see 
combination sales that entice buyers to add more related product via a discount
Example:

buy a pack of business cards get  1/2 off business card holders
buy a pet bowl get 1/2 off pet ID tags
buy  thank you cards get 1/2 half off thank you stickers
I guess you get the idea here

So instead of just promoting a product or category of products, offer a related product at a discount that entices add on sales. More sales = more royalties and larger monthly checks for designers and added volume for Zazzle

If they hired brand managers for each category such as wedding items, home decor, etc, the brand managers would be responsible for growing sales for that category within a budget.
