Attn zazzle tech, No image after Product created,not able to fix.
After the indexing last night, over 22 random products show up as blank images, with no ability to re-add or fix them. They show in the public store as blank also. I can send links via chat privately. Thanks in advance for checking. In the backend, for the product creation the image, personalization etc is there, but nothing shows up when clicking done. It,s an indexing issue. All the other approx 100 products I created indexed correctly last night. Investigating further just now, trying to create new product, again no image, no image in preview, So it’s a problem regarding calling up/serving the image onto the product when trying to create it. Not fixable by me, please fix asap. Screenshot of one example of the malformed products-
I had the same issue once in product images shown in my collections. After a fix was applied, none of my images reappeared, despite tech stating that they should reappear. I ended up having to recreate those products. I hope you have better results.
I have a few placemats & magnets doing the same thing. No image in the mp, no thumbnail in the backend & no image on the product page. For the other issues with the photos showing small on the thumbnail, once I clicked on the product page, they appeared fine. Not with these. Nothing. Going into product management did not help. I got fed up & made mockups for them. Now they show up, although the Zazzle photos are still not showing on the product page. And these are NOT new products. They always looked as they were supposed to previously.
I did some more digging and went though the 1st 175 backend pages of my designs. Random things were missing here and there (maybe around 30 or so total?). These are all older products, around 2 – 3 years old. None with photo templates. Most without mockup cover photos. There were around 2 or 3 with mockups & when I clicked on them, there were no visuals, besides the mockup, on the product page. Some of the products shared the same visual, but most of them didn’t. But what I found most interesting was that all of them had either “turquoise”, “blue”, “teal” together or separately in the titles and tags.
The missing products were in the following categories:
cornhole sets
pillows
pickleball paddles
key chains
paper plates
business cards
folded cards
shower curtains
stickers
hand sanitizers
I also have this with at least one of my older products - just one color version of a towel set. If I click on the color dots, the other versions display normally. I first noticed it yesterday.

Perhaps the reason your images aren’t showing up on your products anymore? Figured out by someone from another post, both the “greenleaf” & “1974” filters are not working or showing up blank as filter options. It seems the reason why all those products of mine that are turquoise, blue or green in the title or tags aren’t showing up is because of the now nonworking filters!!! I used the “greenleaf” filter for at least some part of the art when I created them!
Some of these sell well for me. PLEASE – FIX!!! VERY SOON!
I emailed support that I have older products, and one that I had recently created, showing up blank on the listing. This is happening in all my stores. Funny that I never thought about the filters that were mentioned. I have found a band-aid solution until this is worked out. If I make cover images for those products that show up blank, that cover image shows up.
Thanks @Marcia I just checked one of MANY of my product pages that are missing the thumbnail images and I used the 1974 filter on that one. Now off to check some others.
