No option for media? (mock up)

I recently added a product, and would like to add the mock up but I don’t see an option to add it. Is it only available for certain products?

Maybe you can’t add a mockup to a direct only product?

@homespuncottage  looks like it’s a private product. Have you hidden it?

the option to add your own mockup via media manager may appear if it’s public

the auto mockups are only available if it’s in a wedding collection cross sell with the associated products already in that mockup I believe - see this thread for more info/tricks and tips https://community.zazzle.com/t5/general-zazzle-discussion/zazzle-generated-collection-realviews-wedding-cross-sell/m-p/112306
