No Review for my My W-8BEN Tax Form

Hello, 

I am A Zazzle creator and I submitted my My W-8BEN Tax Form a month ago. I got automatic reply 

With the current pandemic, we unfortunately have a very reduced number of team members to assist with processing these requests. Please expect a 2-4 week delay for review/reply.

I waited for the whole month and got no reply or review. 

I want to ask Zazzle team when can I expect to get a review for my tax form so I can get my payment ?
