No Royalty Paid from Orders from Sweeden/ Other Countries

I’ve contacted the customer service at Zazzle before for this problem, two times, but it never gets fixed.  It has happened at least 3 other times.  The orders from some other countries pay out $0 in royalty.  Today, I just got one from Sweeden and the royalty says 0.  If someone is looking at it, it is the order placed at 9/12/2022 12:05:44 PM

Can someone please help & possibly fix the other orders that paid out no royalty?
