I started my store about two months ago, but I haven’t made any sales yet. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? Any advice would be appreciated
Getting sales take patience and lots of effort, you can start by clicking the tags and titles link below, and then do the reading, and then check your tags, descriptions, etc. There are many many others who have posted the same question/s as you over the years, search the forums for the suggestions in those posts.

None of your products or collections are visible in your store.
can you check again please to be sure ?
Yeah, your shop appears to be empty. Under the “products” tab, there are no products. There is one collection of 28 items, but when I click on it there are also no products.
Did you by any chance when beginning to design, set the products to private until you felt confident enough to make them public but then forgot you’d done this?
