So I haven’t been able to be active for a little over a year due to personal reasons. Though in that time I had made some sales with my already existing products.
When I checked today, I realized that the sales between my last payment and Current Total Balance have a difference of $8 = 4 months. However, even with the all the filters on , I can’t see those transactions. And to be sure I went back to when I knew for sure I had non-contribution fees and didn’t see those transactions either.
I want to be clear, I’m not upset about the fee itself as I was aware of its existence. Though it’s frustrating not being able to see when the transactions took place.
I can see the royalties of cleared/canceled orders and self-referals.
Has anyone else had problems of the filters not showing everything selected?
