Zazzle is suppose to issue royalty payments around the middle of the month for the previous month. I have not received mine, nor have I heard from this company. Is anyone else having the same problem? They won’t talk person to person when I call their number. They refer you to their website.

same problem here, still waiting for a payment from March. Nothing but BS emails and I’m supposed to get another payment June 15th, have a feeling I won’t, then it’s time for an attorney. I’ve never had a problem with Paypal and they have assured me that the missing payment has never been sent yet Zazzle says it wasn’t accepted by Paypal LOL after 8 years and suddenly Paypal has to accept my payment, just ridiculous.

I had my payments on hold for 3 years since I don’t earn that much. After I restarted them, a check was allegedly issued January 5 and never arrived. They told me to wait a calendar month before considering it lost. I don’t think it was ever sent. They put the funds back into my account after a month. I put payments on hold again until April, a check was allegedly issued May 5th, and it hasn’t arrived either. I think putting payments on hold for 3 years broke something in the automated payment process. I’ve been with Zazzle since 2007 and never missed a payment before this.

There’s still no progress on this, it’s June 26 and Zazzle assured me 8 days ago that they were diligently working to resolve this issue. Please rest assured that we are working as diligently as possible to resolve your query. I will contact you as soon as I have any updates, and I’m hopeful that will be very soon.
I know this is a month old, but were you able to get this resolved? It just made me wonder if the email you gave to Zazzle was correct because I know in the past, if someone didn’t have a PayPal account already set up, PayPal would ask the payee to accept the payment. I’m sure you’ve already checked all of this including your spam folders for an email from Paypal, but just thought I’d mention in case.
