Here’s a copy of the email Zazzle sent me on April 27th, after numerous requests regarding my payment from March not being in my Paypal account.

do you have your tax forms up to date on zazzle as i had to redo my tax form this year and my earnings have cleared but still not received them so i am waiting to see if they send last months and this months at the same time figures cross

Not sure how to “re-do” tax form, I don’t make much $ at all but I did receive a 1099 this year for the first time in 8 years.  Zazzle customer service has been terrible and has not mentioned this to me.  Where would I go to re-do my tax form?  Thanks so much

from what I understand every 3 years you need to update it i always wait until they tell me but this year because i did it late my last month pay never got sent out  so fingers cross  i get 2 pays this time
