None of my products show up in Chrome. I logged out and tested my site on Chrome and nothing is there.
All of the products do appear in Firefox, Edge and on my phone. I’m not sure of other browsers.

I checked again and the products only show up in the collections and not under products in Chrome.
@plumb4me To which of your three stores are you referring to? I can see your products in Google but have not checked all your stores. Or are you referring to RSS?
Hey @plumb4me ,
I am using Chrome and can see all of your stores. Are you having this issue with all of your stores?
Thank you!
It’s this shop https://www.zazzle.com/store/homegoods
Thanks for checking.
It’s the shop https://www.zazzle.com/store/homegoods
I cleared the cookies, cache and turned off the ad blocker and I don’t see any products under “products”, but I see the products in “collections”
I checked and yes it’s all 3 shops, I don’t see products under products, but I do see products in the collections.
@plumb4me @Fiona I can see them in Google. I had to scroll down some because you have many categories.
I can only see products when I scroll down the page and in the collections.
When I click on each category picture, I don’t see any products listed there.
I’m not sure if this is a glitch or if I need to redo each category somehow, where they show up.
Thanks for the help.

This is is happening on all my shops.
I am still having issues. This is what I see when I click on any of my category pics.
I can’t remember, but how do you put collections first, so they show up instead of the category pics on the shop front page?
@plumb4me Is this what you’re looking for?
Settings>Advanced Settings>Customize Store
Thanks for checking.
Yes, that’s what I’m looking for, but in Chrome it is blank. This is really weird now, there are no products listed under products and the advanced settings is blank while using Chrome.
I just changed the settings in Firefox to show Collections and Products and it changed the home page.
I really wish someone from Zazzle would look into this. Seems everyone can see products but me. I turned off all ad blockers, pop up blockers, cleared the cache, cleared cookies, but still nothing. How many customers can’t see any products in Chrome, if I can’t? Could be possibly be losing sales.
With all the updates at Zazzle, I have no idea when this started. I only have this issue in Chrome and this is happening in all 3 of my shops.
@plumb4me I’ll check again but more in detail tonight. I’m on mobile right now so I’ll have to wait until the sun goes down to be able to see my laptop monitor. I’ll report back.
I went ahead and changed the home page to Collections, then Products. At least the products can be seen now on the home page and when someone clicks on the Coleections pic it shows products under Collections.
@plumb4me It’s all working for me using Google (not logged in) and I have drilled down too - your newest product is a “Create Your Own 12 Photo Collage Fleece Blanket” at https://www.zazzle.com/create_your_own_12_photo_collage_fleece_blanket-256988261849324488 🙂
Sorry to hear this @plumb4me , I can see all of stores just fine in Chrome. I will flag this now. Is your Chrome also up to date? Within Chrome if you click the three dots on the top right>help>about Google Chrome, it will tell you if you’re up to date
I’m having the same issue, but when I test this out on other browsers, I still don’t see anything on my store’s product page. I get the same No results for “”. Would love to know how to resolve this if anyone finds out.
Zazzle these are not new products and new shops. I have had these shops and products for years.
I still have the same issue on Chrome with all 3 of my shops. I’m just curious to know how many shops may have this problem and not even know about it? How many customers may be seeing a blank page and how many sales are lost because of this issue?
@plumb4me Do you still experience this when you use go incognito, using Chrome “Guest Mode”?
