Not able to download image after creating design

Hi, everyone, my name is Tammy Gombez. I am facing issues while downloading images after creating designs from Zazzle, or sometimes my images do not open in my computer.   I am getting confused about what to do.

Kindly please tell me how to fix this issue.

 Would you mean the product mock-up where you can download what you have created to make a cover photo? Can you provide screenshots of the issue and further clarification so that we can take a closer look for you? 🙂
