Hello Zazzle,
I get chat notifications on email but when I click on view message, it does not show the message. Only one red line with text new messages is shown and when I click on that red line, its not working.
How to resolve this ???

"If the message is determined to be Spam we’ll remove it from your chat listing.
I agree that it may be slightly confusing, but this is how the system works currently. In the future we hope to have things be a bit more seamless so that no notification is received at all."
