A fine example is just now when I came here and found no notifications of new posts in threads I’ve been involved in. This time, it was for two different threads, one that I created and another in which I had several posts. I’m about to start missing posts that were in response to previous posts I’d created.
Anyone else?

Is this issue with the notifications still happening for you? Please let me know and we will be happy to help.
It’s difficult to tell if or when it’s happening because the only way I know is if I happen to click on a topic that wasn’t in my notifications, and then when I scroll down toward the new posts, I discover I’d posted somewhere in the thread.
I’m alert to the problem, and if it happens again, I’ll post here with the details.

You asked for an example of not being notified. Here’s one that I just now tripped across:
It’s a thread in which I participated and would have expected to be notified when someone posted in it. Someone did so today, but I wasn’t notified. I seriously doubt this was done on purpose, but it does show that the system isn’t always on the ball.
Forum notifications are indeed not working today.
They usually notify of and list Kudos received and Mentions but this is all I’m seeing today despite four new kudos on a reply I made last night and another on a different reply today.
I use the Notification feed as a means to get back to threads I was recently active in so it is kind of an inconvenience to not have this feed working.
ETA: it’s not just that the Feed is empty, there is no Notification icon either when logging in to the forums.
Yes, empty, which means I wasn’t notified of your post.
