Hi.
I am not receiving any notifications after making sales. Normally, I get a notification about 1 hour after the bought product is shown in the “Royalty History” tab. It has been 6 hours with no notifications. Also in the settings, on the Notification Preferences tab, the notifications for referrals is set to immediately.
Anyone else having the same issue?

I no longer receive the sales notification when I am logged into Zazzle. I get the email notifications for sales, but I don’t get the notification in my Zazzle account when I am online. I do get notifications about people who save my products or about new collections created by people I follow.
Same. I am seeing only likes and follows in my notifications despite there being sales. Last one was 22 hours ago. So around 12pm Pacific on Friday. Why do things always break on Fridays before they go home for the weekend. Can’t we make updates Mon-Wed on the site. 
Yes. I get hit and miss notifications. I sold 3 items, but only got one sale notification of the 3. Absolutely no “you’ve made a referral” notifications. And mine are set to immediately as well.
My sales and referral notifications were working until yesterday.
Yes same issue here, no new bell notification for sale since 6th of April for me …
Mine is random, depending on the weather 😂
