Not receiving a sale notification in my earnings account for products sold

Hi, not sure if this is the right section for this.

Someone through Zazzle chat mentioned that she ordered two products from one of my stores on January 23, yet I never received any notification of making a sale that day for that particular product or any sale for that matter.  Has this happened to anybody else?

some people are suspecting something like this, it could also possible that it is a slow update of the website, currently zazzle website has technical issue, it doesn’t update anything at all.
