As the subject line states, I haven’t been receiving any notification when I get Chat messages and customers have been left hanging. Is there a setting that’s changed or that I’m missing to receive email notification?
My suggestion was about forum posts instead of Chat messages, so I deleted it!

I have the same issue when i use firefox but works fine on google chrome
