In the past when I have shared a collection to my fb page, the nice layout of images and cover photos has showed. Today, it’s just a text block. I have waited a little bit to see if the images would populate, but they haven’t.
Is this intended behavior?

I have the same problem today. A few days ago it was still fine.
Collection and products do not show images.
However, I observed that when FB makes changes, it can break other things or things stop working altogether.

New collections have not been shown on FB for a long time. Can you fix it? Thank you.
I’ve been having the same issue for about 2 months. Can no longer share my collections with the photos. Its just a text link. I was hoping this would be fixed by now
Just a gentle nudge. I’ve just noticed this myself on both Pinterest and Facebook - no product images get shared over to the social media sites. Just a blank pin on Pinterest, or a link on Facebook.
Add: this doesn’t fix the Facebook problem - but I just tried sharing an older collection on Pinterest, and it was fine. It probably just needs a little time for the products in my new collection to be cached maybe.
Facebook (on the older collection) still does not share the images though. No idea whether that’s a Zazzle thing or whether FB is messing about on their side.
I also just started having this problem, it was fine up till today..
