Notification Bell not Working

My sales are not showing in the Notification Bell nor am I being notified when a sale is made. Clicking, it shows the original " Welcome to your notifications! 👋" and a few more sentences. I can deal with it just fine but want to make a report.

Sorry to hear your notification bell isn’t working. I had a look at your account and the bell is showing as expected on our end. Would you be able to share a screenshot showing the issue please?

Thank you, Mark. If anyone else has not reported this, surely the problem is on my end.

Mark, please disregard previous post. I got on my husband’s chrome browser and the bell is working.
