Noticed this yesterday. (7/5) Looked to see my notifications, showed someone “liked” some things & there was an optimizing nag, wouldn’t clear afterwards. It’s still stuck today & can’t get rid of it. I’ve had sales since then & they haven’t appeared. I’m on an iMac, on Safari. When I sign in on Chrome, it works fine. Shows the new notifications & after viewed they disappear as expected.
This is driving me crazy! (I prefer Safari to work on.) Please fix. Thanks!

I work on both too but on an iPad, (Safari is so much better than Chrome when editing, editing in chrome would drive me to drink 
), you have probably done this already but just a reminder to clear your cache.
only i’m on microsoft edge. never had this problem before.
UPDATE: Now it’s not working at all anymore since the past day or two. When I go on chrome or on my iPhone (in safari), the notifications are working just fine.
Same issue. Min says “Welcome to your notifications”. As you would see on a new store setup. Has been stuck there for days now
My notification bell still doesn’t work when I’m using Safari. Please fix.
UPDATE: I got excited today because I saw it was working again. But then after I read the notifications it was stuck again & now continues to show the 3 new notifications as “unread”.
It’s working fine in Firefox but not in Brave
Yeah, it’s fine in Chrome. Just not Safari.
No. I’m having the same issue in Chrome now. The last sale notification I got was on 7/25 and I’ve had sales since then. I also see the "welcome” message now. All of the old messages are wiped out.
