Can someone explain this? Because the numbers don’t add up, and I’m really ready to go on a quest to get everyone to dump Zazzle and join Printful/Shopify instead. I really resent being scammed…
Odds are the design was transferred to a much less expensive product like a card. The “royalty by product” page in your screenshot only shows the orig product (aif_wallart). You have to look at your Royalty History page to see what product it was transferred to.
