So I’ve been getting paid by zazzle to paypal for years - same account, same name, same everything.. today I get this odd message in my email from paypal - I go to my PP account and there is a note asking me to accept the payment - the drop down did not have ‘accept payment’ as an option.. Ok.. so I did contact PP to see if there was an issue somehow accepting payments from Zazzle and they said no, it may be on Zazzle’s end.. the payment seems to have resolved but.. why did I get this and is this something new? In all these years I have never gotten a request to accept my payment
I have had this message for a long time. I don’t remember when it started. It did give me pause the first time I noticed it.
The first thing I thought was that you’ve run into a scam. When you went to your account, did you do it via a link in the email or did you go directly on your own to your PayPal account? PayPal tells people they’ll never have you link out of an email from them.
