I was doing some designing this morning, and I went to add an image. I opened up the “Recent Media” folder under My Images, and there were several images there that I have not used in years. They weren’t appearing in that folder yesterday, but it’s acting as if someone has been using them in the past 24 hours.
Is someone from Zazzle rummaging around in my images folder? I’m going to change my password just in case, but I’m wondering if anyone has an explanation for this odd behavior.
Anybody else out there experiencing this? Could Zazzle confirm if it was them? Should I be concerned? Thanks.
I had a similar issue with an approved Letterpress Christmas card. I noticed a graphic in my saved files that wasn’t mine, and I didn’t view it, which was strange. So I deleted it, and my letterpress card was gone. I think it was displaying the wrong image - and it WAS my letterpress card.
This might be the same issue appearing in a different scenario.
I’ve been having the same issue off and on for a while now. Click “recent media” to use the same image I’d used earlier in the day or yesterday, and it does not appear there at all. Much older images that I haven’t used recently appear there instead.
I’m having the problem of my recently used images not appearing in recent images and then I have to really search through all the files to find it if I want to use it again. I had reported this issue in October but nothing seems fixed about it yet.
