This product was a prior design tool, set up as a SVG image, (not locked) so that the customer can change the colors.
Now it is locked, after the new design tool. I went in and unlocked it and did a replace. But I doubt anything will be done. Here’s the thing though, how many SVG images were locked like this? What are we supposed to do with all the designs and stores we have? How is that even possible??
I was able to go in, click on _ Layers _ and change all the colors. The text was simple but I did need to click on the _ Locks _ on the helmet & football fields to change multiple colors on each. May need a bit of instruction for customer to use the Layers feature for editing. I didn’t change the outline colors for lack of time.
Thanks so much Molly! I couldn’t find anywhere in the forums where I thought this was already talked about. I will edit the description right now, though! I am so glad that customers can unlock what shouldn’t have been locked. Seems ridiculous to explain it to them, especially if they were a returning customer, and see that so much has changed. But, nonetheless, thank you for your solution!
