My store called, WB Floral Designs is not visible to the public when I am in the public profile section and click “View Public Profile,” even though I did not hide it in my settings. I have been adding product to it since March of this year.

I cannot access that store from your profile either. Only through the link on your post can I access that store.
Have you tried accessing it through my profile or my link? I know you can see it if you click the link? I just don’t see it if I try to click it through my profile (when trying to switch from profile management to public view).
I could not see it through your profile but I was able to see it through your link. So I went in and chose a product (Wildflowers Photo Block, octagonal) and opened a new tab to see if I could find it through searching in the MP. I could. So products from that store are visible in the MP even if the store doesn’t show in your profile. I’m not sure what that means from the technical side but it does mean something.

I also wonder what it means from the technical side. I’m interested to find out what the moderator(s) have to say about that.
Smells like a bug. Let’s see what Engineering has to say.

You’re right! I just checked. It still can’t be found through my profile. I must have been in management when I saw it. Darn! How long does it take to get it fixed? Wonder what the problem is.
As an additional point of info, when I click your Pet Store, I can see you on the right, as Creator. When I click your Floral Designs store, I see the media on the right and I don’t see the Creator anywhere on the page.
Thank you for this info! Something the moderator may want to pass onto engineering. I wonder if my store has been hacked.

The moderator will probably never see this note. I doubt you have been hacked. Scott said they are working to see if it’s a bug. Have you already tinkered around with your store settings?
I looked at the settings and nothing seems to be off.
- Visitors to my site will not be able to see my store as it is not visible through my profile. In other words, when clicking on stores, you will not see my “WB Floral Design” store, just my two other stores, WB Artworks and WB Petstore. Some of you may say you are able to see my store after clicking the link that is provided at the bottom of the post, however, potential customers do not have access to this link.
Have you checked your advanced settings?
Profile -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Select the store to be displayed in your public profile -> Submit to save
They’re already looking into as per earlier thread?
Just to confirm, this is an issue that we’re tracking. We hope to have this fixed very soon.
