Order of newly created products messed up in back end

I created 3 new products in one of my stores today:

After having just recovered from the horror of duplicates and missing products on the back end, we are now facing a jumble of products?
I created the bookmarks first, then the art deco ceramic knob and then one with the gull.
Wasn’t the latest created product supposed to be top left? Or do I have Zazzle derangement disease now?

Not to mention that the design on the knob looks completely distorted from what was originally a circular design.
I find it almost impossible to get anything done on this site lately, because nothing seems to function properly and of course the meagre earnings do not exactly encourage. I am spending more time reporting bugs (that rarely get fixed) than enjoying the creation of something new.
Again: please please fix and make backups before you change stuff on the site and also: don’t do things on Friday and then leave designers with the mess.

Same out of sequence issue re-occuring daily around mid-day for last three days.

Mine is now doing the funny order.  Was fine all morning and just now started putting them out of order. And I’m still missing about 100 products on the backend.

haha I try.  But I will say the order has seemed to be even more wonky the past few days. Like they are out of order even within the ones out of order. :see_no_evil_monkey:
