Orientation lock letterpress

I specifically chose “this orientation only” and still it did not lock, all my designs on letterpress were rejected and they don’t even go to “review and resubmit” did it twice

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes! I just got about 20 rejected for that same thing! I definitely did lock the orientation, so I think there must be a glitch. I emailed them for clarification, before I try to resubmit. Just in case it’s some other issue and they chose the wrong reason for rejection.

I had one still stuck in the Under Review mode. It disappeared with no rejection (unless disappearing was their way of rejecting a product).

Must be a glitch then, hope someone notifies from z team before we start submitting again

All of mine were rejected the morning of December 18th with the same “the orientation was not locked” message. I spent the rest of the morning redoing all of them making sure that the orientation was locked on each one. Within a few hours I was getting rejection emails saying the same thing about the orientation not being locked. I sent Zazzle an email inquiring about this issue. Glad to see I am not the only one experiencing this. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

Same for me, and I reposted the rejected ones once again ( recreated all the lost  descriptions, keywords etc… a huge work )  with paying a lot of attention to locking this orientation and they were all rejected again for the same reason. I think it’s a way for the teams to get rid of the remaining Christmas cards before the holidays. I’m very disappointed about it, because some of them took me a lot of time to create. So, I would have appreciated that they could be properly reviewed even though it was only next year.

I had the same thing happen. 

I also want to mention that if you have any designs that were recently approved, double-check to make sure they are still set to “this orientation only”. Despite having locked them before submitting, they were unlocked after being approved for whatever reason. I went through changed them all and seem to be staying locked.
