Hi. This morning, I noticed a product that wasn’t mine in among my saved designs. I thought that was odd, shrugged it off, then continued with my work. I decided to wait awhile, hoping it would go away the same way it had appeared. Sometime later, two more products appeared, each from a different designer. This is a screenshot of my saved designs. I have circled the ones that do not belong to me.

Did you by chance visit those designs and look at them in the design tool? That will cause them to sent to your saved designs (don’t worry- the person who looks still cannot post your design for sale) You can delete them in the normal way.

This happened to me once and I freaked out thinking that my account had been compromised, changed all of my passwords etc. But it turned out that a Zazzle employee had been logged into my account to check something and forgot to log out - they messaged me to explain. Maybe it’s something like that?

It happens from time to time. It’s using Zazzle working under the hood and they press the wrong button. They’ll go away in time.

Having this issue right now. Two products are showing up in my saved designs that are not mine. It says one was viewed at 5:10PM and the other viewed at 7PM this evening. Neither of the two are my products. I did click to see who’s products these were though. Wondering why they are showing up in my saved designs tonight.
I’ve noticed this since past couple of days ! at first I thought my cat might have stepped on my keyboard and clicked on a product or something but today I noticed several more products of other designers that I’m sure I haven’t clicked on or even went to those categories , are now showing on my saved designs !
