Overpayment

Hey all,

I just received an email from team.designer@zazzle.com stating they’d overpaid me.

The subject was, “Update Regarding Your Recent Earnings Payment”.

I’ve spoken with other creators, and they also received the same email. There’s no proof, explanation, or quantities. At first, I thought it was a scam, but the email seems legitimate.

I’ll email them now and keep you informed.

Best wishes this Christmas season,

BM

I received the same email - no details, no amount, no explanation. I thought it was a scam. Thanks for keeping us informed, I will email them back too.

Keep in mind that the forums will be locked starting tomorrow.

Apparently it’s from the December payment which is October’s cleared earnings. I added up every single sale plus referrals and I couldn’t find the overpayment. I asked customer service and they’ve given me an amount that doesn’t add up. I asked for numbers and details to which I got a response of they have none to offer.

Spoke to Customer Service and here is what has happened. Some of us were overpaid for October’s cleared earnings in our December payment. Check your Payments History for the correct amount that you should be receiving. The amount they sent/deposited into your Paypal account is an overage and the difference that they need to claw back on the next payment.

The amount they deposited or mailed to you via check has an overage compared to the amount stated on your Payments History. This is the difference that they are clawing back.

Hi all, confirming that this email was in fact sent from us. All impacted Creators were emailed and if you have more questions, please reply to the email received (from your Zazzle account email address, please).

Thanks so much.

Hey all,

Thanks to @Leeze  for the information. This is what’s happened.

Creators can see the difference by going to " Profile" > " Earnings" > Then under the " Payments" heading click " History".

Here you’ll see the payment made in December, this figure will differ slightly from the figure paid to your PayPal.

Hope this helps, thanks again Leeze for the explanation.

Kind regards,

BM

Will we be reimbursed for the currency conversion fees some of us have been charged by PayPal for converting from $ to £ as an example?

Thanks

What about “:underpayment”. I’ve been waiting seems like a year to get all my sales cleared.
