Hi, I have been with Zazzle for almost a year now, and the payments to me have kept cancelling. I have double-checked and triple-checked at my payment information (EIN, Name, Phone #, Address, etc.) and it has all been correct yet my payment seems to still cancelled every time it hits the 15th of the month. I have used both check and PayPal methods, and they have both led to cancelled payments. I have emailed Zazzle support but they provide no response as to why this is happening. If anyone can provide assistance to me that would be great. Thanks
@flare
Sounds like Zazzle will have to sort this out.
This may or may not help you but…
I seem to remember in the distant past forum posts (now gone) that if your name on your s.sec. doesn’t exactly match the name you entered on Zazzle’s payment settings, that could cause a problem. So the name your entered may be a specific thing you should compare to your ssec info, and double check.
Altho, If you updated or changed any of your info during the month while trying to get the payment to work, see below:
From the Z Help File:
https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500001832021-Royalty-Payment-Canceled
If you make any updates to your payment information, such as inputting the correct name for your Tax ID number or entering a new address or just clicking on the “Save changes” button, there will be a 30-day delay on your upcoming payment to allow for these updates to go into effect. We recommend making any alterations to your payment settings, between receiving your latest payment and the last day of the month to avoid a longer delay.
If your account has been placed on hold pending corrections or updates to your payment information, please make sure to change these settings back to “Normal” or “Specify” after you have made these changes to ensure you receive your next payment as scheduled.
Hi @flare ,
I’m very sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue here. I reached out to you via email to see if we can get this resolved for you asap.
Thanks,
Pádraig.
Hello,
I’ve opened my first store in january, so I’m quite new.
I’ve just noticed in my account that I made a first sale in the first days of february, but the earnings have been cancelled.
This has to do with the fact that I don’t have the complete payment data (I didn’t upload the W-8 BEN) or it means that the order has been cancelled?
If it is about the payment dates, is this amount just on hold and will reach me in the end?
I thought that the payment data is not so important as long as I don’t have enough sales to reach the threshold required to claim the amount (less than $50 balance for PayPal).
Hi @ion_teodora_plu ,
I sent you an email to see if I can help resolve these questions for you.
Thank you for your patience!
Pádraig.
I have also been on Zazzle for 6 months, and my payments keep getting cancelled as well. I have my paypal set up correctly, tax info (EIN #) is correct, and everything is quadruple-checked. I see my payments have been cancelled AGAIN this month, even though earlier in the month my payment was green and said “cleared for payment” then cancelled. I have called customer service several times to get help, but they were absolutely no help in finding out why this is happening and ensuring it doesn’t happen again next month. I would love some answers or help to make sure things are correct. Thank you!

My payment for this month was cancelled and I messageed the support but nothing happened. Could you please solve my problem?
Same here, my payment for this month was canceled without any explanation, I contacted the support service but didn’t get any response, some help would be appreciated…thank you
I have same problem
If it is solved ,please tell me how you solve this issue
Best regards
Hi @kemo4ever , I can see you have a case with our team now. I have left notes for them to re-review this and get back to you. Thanks.
Thanks alot @James
I will wait for responds
The creator team was SO helpful in figuring out exactly what the issue was - turned out I had entered my business name slightly different that what it says on my tax documents. They must be exact. If you’re using your personal name and ss# instead of an EIN #, your name must be EXACT to what is listed on your previous year’s tax returns (did you add a middle initial on taxes, things like that). Hope that helps!
Thank you Terri
Can you explain in detail? Please
What was the solution to the problem of why payments were cancelled?
I received an email on November 14th stating that my W8-BEN form had expired and that I needed to submit a new one. The message also mentioned that I should complete this by November 31st to avoid any interruptions in my payment for this month.
I promptly sent the completed form on the same day, November 14th. However, I have noticed that my payment for this month appears to be canceled.
Could Zazzle kindly confirm whether my form has been processed and if there is any possibility of receiving my payment for this month?
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,
Hi Ricardoartes, I don’t work for Zazzle, but I just wanted to reply! You can email designer support and ask whether they can confirm your new tax form submission for next month - this is the email I used and they were wonderful to help: prodesignersupport@zazzle.com. I do know that the payment for this month, if it already says it’s been cancelled, unfortunately, it is cancelled (I had asked the same question, lol). You will need to make sure everything is correct before the 5th of the previous month for the payment to actually go through for the following month. I know, it can be confusing and difficult when payments are cancelled, but just reach out via email and ask all the questions you need to and you’ll get the verification! Hope that helps
Hi TerriV! Thank you so much for your advice!
