Payment not worling

I set my pay outs at $50.00, I passed that well over a month ago, thought I would get a payment stared at end of November but it just keeps going am more than double the payment setting and more than a month has past. Am I going to get paid or what, not much point in working on my sight if I don’t get what is owed to me. Can anyone at Zazzle or in the community help with this?

I believe the smallest payment size—for payments by check—is $100.00. I don’t know if the same rule applies to payments via PayPal.

You’re showing as “Pro Bronze”, which suggests you have already far exceeded $50 so I’m puzzled by your post.

Hi Dan, Nice photos. Cold up there,eh?

You did not say whether you chose PayPal or check payment in you settings. Also, if you changed/updated any of your payment settings, that pushes it to the next month before the payment is issued.

According to the payment settings below,if your payout is under $100 they hold it till the next month or when it goes above that amount. Helps to remember that there is also a 45 day cycle before each product goes green.

From payment settings—-
For PayPal, the Payment Threshold is $50 for payments in dollars to be paid automatically. If you have less than $50 balance after one month of sales, we will hold your funds for future use, or you may request  a PayPal payment for a USD $2.50 fee. The Payment Threshold and processing fees for other currencies is here.

By check

Note: For checks, the Payment Threshold is USD $100 for payments in USD dollars to be paid automatically – We do not offer check payments in any other currency. If you have less than USD $100 balance after one month of sales, we will hold your funds for future use, or you may request a check payment for a $5 fee.

You appear to have been on Zazzle for over a decade and you’re pro bronze. So, how were you paid before and has anything changed since then? If you updated your payment settings, that can delay payment.
