Payment status is still Pending on the 15th. A repeat from last month's no show Paypal payment?

Has anyone received their payment today via PayPal yet? My payment status is still showing as “Pending”.  Last month our payments were received a day later than the 15th. At that time the payment was showing as Pending and not Cleared.

Same here. I had to move my bank and mortgage payments years ago to be taken out on the 17th because we did not get paid until the 15h, It usually takes at least a day for funds to transfer from Paypal. This is a costly time issue. Hope they fix it soon. I need to transfer funds early morning to get it there,

Payments are being sent out. If you haven’t received your payment let us know and we’ll investigate.

It looks like our website is a little bit slow in updating to reflect the status of the payment.

Occasionally my payment does not clear until midnight on the 15th.

Hello Scott

My payments were suddenly ‘cancelled’. with no explanation. I have emailed Prodesigner support and posted a separate message on this. Please can I get an urgent response. Thanks.

This month, today, out of the blue, without any warning or correspondence, my earnings payment information changed from pending to ‘cancelled’. I’m sure you agree, this is a worrying development. If this issue can happen to my payment, a Pro Designer who has bene with Zazzle for 10 years, it can happen to anyone. It is obviously connected to the late payments we have experienced for the first time last month and this month. I have emailed ProDesigner support and left a response to Scott in this thread, and will let everyone know what Zazzle says about this as soon as they get back to me. We shall see…

Hi,

My payment has been cancelled also.

It was ‘green’ early morning (UK) but has now turned ‘pink.’

Hi LynnRose

I am UK too, so I guess this has something to do with international payments then. Paypal or Zazzle issue? Who knows, but at least we both now know that the connection seems to be international or UK payments. Will update on this page when I hear anything back from Zazzle.

Thank you, I am looking into it, but no luck so far, so I have sent PayPal a message on Twitter.

I didn’t receive my payment yesterday. I don’t know if I reached the threshold or not though. Could you possibly check on it for me? Thanks!

Thank you for posting that link. I had missed it!

Sales have been cleared, but I haven’t received my payment.

Hi LynnRose

I had the same response from Cian. However, I had a separate response from general support, which gave a totally different excuse for non-payment. It is obvious that as UK earners, both of us have that in common, and so that is the obvious connection/reason as to why for the first time ever, our payments are showing as ‘cancelled’, not simply ‘pending’. It is something to do with our UK status. Because I have received a totally different excuse from support as I have from ProDesigner support, I am obviously not likely to trust with reason. I just wanted to update you with all the info I have at present. I am now waiting to hear back from both ProDesigner Support and also from General Support. I will update you further when I hear more.

Hi Cian, As you are hopefully aware, I have now replied to both you (ProDesigner Support) and general support, and am awaiting responses from both departments.

It must be noted on the forum that my added point of concern relates to the fact that general support and ProDesigner support have given me two completely different reasons why non-payment has occurred. Therefore, at least one of them must be untrue. Furthermore, the fact that the only other person, to date, who has also had their payment cancelled (not simply pending), at exactly the same time, and for the first time ever, happens to also be a UK resident earner. Therefore, logically, the UK status must be related to the ‘real’ reason for cancellation. Please update me and anyone else affected with the same, ‘actual’ reason why payment has failed, and how it is going to be resolved ASAP. Thanks.
