"Phantom" Categories

I am having trouble viewing products in the marketplace. I have created a product, carefully selected a category and double checked the details… but days go by and the product does not show up in the marketplace. Instead, a new “phantom” category shows up…  Category (1) which I know I did not create…

My store is golfgurls. The phantom category shows up on this page Click on i. and it leads to nowhere…

I’ve been over all my product details and little seems to be working correctly. I would really appreciate your help in figuring this out.

Try removing the quotation marks in your title. (Don’t use quotation marks, apostrophes, dashes, etc. in your titles/tags.) See if that helps.

It is in the marketplace. I found it by searching on “golfer wireless charger”.

There aren’t any quotation marks on my Zazzle page… I added them here to call attention to the actual text…

If you go to this page: https://www.zazzle.com/store/golfgurls/products?cg=196800052026802314 in my store you will see at the top of the page next to Refine By: Department. then Category (1).    It’s the Category (1) that I do not understand. I didn’t create it…it just shows up…  Meanwhile all my iphone Cases are listed someplace else though I clearly designated them under the Category “Electronics”… the whole site is a bit of a mess and no matter how I try to fix it, it stays a mess.!!!

The quotation marks are on your Product’s title in your store and in the Zazzle marketplace…

Thanks. I removed the quotation marks… hopefully the listing will straighten out.
