Phone Case Issue; Case-Mate Barely There Apple iPhone 16 Case

I was trying to transfer my floral phone case designs to the new iphone 16 case models today and kept having the same issue. I posted the issue in a Create Products Discussion Topic, and it was suggested I move it to Technical Issues because it apparently is an issue across the board with the various iphone 16 model cases, and experienced by others as well. The feeling is that all the 16 models need to be looked at.

I can’t just transfer to an iphone 16 case, because it shows up all off center and in the wrong place. So I went into the design tool and manually remade the designs on those models. I did everything I could to ensure names or anything that needs to be centered properly, are indeed centered. But the product view shows it completely different. Here are 2 screen shots of each of those views, 1 in the design tool and 1 in a public view of the finished product. This is happening in more than just 1 specific model of the Case-Mate and on more brands than just the Case-Mate.

It may be just an auto-generated mock-up issue. The same issue is happening with the Christmas stockings.

It’s possible that the products are printing correctly. The only way to be sure is to order a sample.

However, if these issues are not solved, it could result in reduced sales for both Zazzle and designers.

With the holiday rush closing in on us, it is imperative for Zazzle to address and resolve these issues.

Most products show a different preview from what we see in the design tool. It’s been reported before and a big problem, as we don’t know what will actually be printed. Customers need to be 100% sure they receive a WYSIWYG and we designers need it to be sure everything is where we intend it to be.
