Photos Cut Off In New Design Tool

@Scott    Hi Scott,

Ever since the cropping tool was fixed in the new design tool, the photos on my designs are cut off. I’m afraid this is going to affect my entire Graduation selling season. Here are screen shots of:

1. The front photo of the newly designed invitation you worked on is cut off at the top.

2 Inside Design Tool

3 (Inside Design Tool) No option to ungroup or unmask

4 (Inside Design Tool) Crop is Selected, but not working

2. A product created in the old design tool last year. I clicked edit as a test. This invitation went in to the design tool looking great and came out with the photo cut off. I did absolutely nothing while in the design tool. I simply clicked edit, the design tool appeared, I immediately clicked the review product button, and that’s it. On the Review Product page, the photo was cut off.

1- Design from last year

2- Inside New Design Tool, Nothing done, Image still looks good

3- Went directly to review for sale, photo now cut off

3. Another Graduation Collection. All Products in this collection have the photos cut off too. They were never in the new design tool. But it probably happened with the migration, because these images were masked. I edited this product to update the year. When I was finished and ready to click submit, the photo was cut off even more.

Yes, for some reason all the tops of arches are getting cut off. I’ve re-made a few products to fix it, but I have a ton of arches and can’t fix all of them.

I have the same problem with the top of my images being cut off. If I have any images at the top close to the edge, but not at the top, after the product is published, Zazzle has shifted all the images all the way to the fill/fit line for some reason.
