When I click on a product link on Pinterest using my phone, it doesn’t take me to Zazzle. This issue started with the pins I saved after the Pinterest share problem was fixed. Has anyone else run into this?
@halamanh It may help the tech team if you can post a link to the product that you’d pinned, or perhaps share a screen shot of the page that it sent to you to help them investigate.
Have you tried clicking on the product you pinned today on Pinterest using your phone? It works fine on my laptop, but it doesn’t work on my phone. When customers click on a product to buy from Pinterest on their phones, it doesn’t lead them to the Zazzle product link. I’m curious if anyone else is having this issue. If not, I’ll reach out to Zazzle.
If you’re talking about the so-called “landing page” - that’s been the way it works for some time now. The link takes you to this:

If that’s what you mean, it doesn’t have anything to do with the Pinterest link per se (at least I don’t think so.) I copied the link to this product (https://www.zazzle.com/elegant_coral_peach_boho_floral_foil_wedding_guest_book-256040688883850082) then logged out and pasted it into a clean browser window and I still get the “landing page.”
If this is the issue you’re referring to, there are numerous threads about it on the forum, and Zazzle has not really responded, which makes me think it’s “a feature not a bug.”

Tech Team don’t work at the weekend so it’ll be next week when you hear anything back whoops - thought it was Saturday. I need more coffee
