Hi,
I received a query from a potential customer looking at a pack of Playing Cards I’d designed - they asked ‘are the cards plastic coated or just card please’. I’ve tried to search for some further information that I can reply to them. All that I can find in the product description is that the cards are “Easy to shuffle, smooth card stock”.
Does anyone know if the cards are plastic coated please?

@Sara_H Thanks for your reply, that’s a good idea. I also messaged Zazzle Customer Services on behalf of the customer and they told me that they will contact the production team to find out if there’s a plastic coating on the playing cards. Thanks again for your advice 
interestingly, when I do a search for ODT, I see that www.playcardsondemand.com is listed under their zoominfo.com profile.

however, even their custom back product description doesn’t mention plastic coating, varnish or lamination to waterproof their playing cards – they just say premium casino grade linen playing card stock!
@WHS_Designs Thanks for your response, It seems quite tricky to determine if there is a plastic coating or not! It will be interesting to see the reply from Zazzle Customer Service and what information they will discover about it!

The team have advised that the playing cards are coated with a slippery plastic coating.
