I had a sale today where the customer used the “Transfer this design” option. The sale showed CT (Custom Transfer) and then two long SKU numbers underneath. 1 product bought for $56.00 But nowhere did it tell me what product my artwork was transferred to.
This gave me an idea: It would be extremely helpful if Zazzle added the actual product name next to the CT code in the earnings chart. Something simple like: CT > Cloth Napkins (Set of 4) CT > Table Runner CT > Tote Bag or whatever… Right now, we only get the CT label and a couple of SKU #s, which don’t tell us anything. Designers shouldn’t have to decode SKUs or guess what the customer bought. (in my opinion) If I knew what my artwork was being transferred to I would probably create those products. Its good to know what customers are shopping for.

You can see which product a sale was transfered to if you click on the little arrow at the end of the line in Royalty History and that takes you to Transaction Details
Scroll down to Order Items Details and it tells which product type and product options that your original product was transfered to:
