Customer service just referred yet another customer to me because they wanted to download a wedding program. So I had to transfer the design to an invitation and publish what is essentially a duplicate design just so they can download it. I don’t understand why we can’t just enable all stationery products for download instead of having customer service send people to us so we can trick the system. It makes no sense and it just creates a bunch of duplicate products in the marketplace. It would make everyone’s life so much easier if we could just enable these products for download in the first place.

Agreed! I’ve also had to put things like programs on invitations so customers can purchase a download, but it looks weird because the quantity dropdown says ‘# invitations’.
