I would like to request that Zazzle change the wording on the tick box that allows the buyer to remove attribution from the backs of certain products.
If it just didn’t say anything about removing designer attribution but only said “remove Zazzle attribution” or “remove Zazzle QR code” Then it would solve the problem for those of us who have our own locked logos and attributions added prior to all this. This would avoid angry buyers who pay to have the attribution removed and then see that the designer logo is still there. Then we designers would not have to delete and remake them. This seems like it would be an easy fix.
I agree with changing the word, but not replacing with the words ‘qr code’ as we now have designers who add QR code template fields, and the client will need to replace the image with their own or ‘delete’ it, as checking that box will have no effect.
yes, that was something I didn’t consider. So “remove Zazzle attribution” would be the best option and don’t mention designers or qr codes either, since some designers use their own QR’s .
@Padraig thank you for passing it along! I sincerely hope Z will put this on the front burner!
Is there any way for the designer/creator to pay for removal of attribution BEFORE posting products.
For me, it looks very tacky and takes away from my design elements?
